I pre-ordered this on April. It had a November release date and NOW it's been pushed back to December. This has happened before and now, to no surprise, it's happening again. I'm getting a little tired of Arrow and their botches, pushed-back dates and terrible customer service (no really, they insulted me for buying one of their DVD's which was botched up). Seriously, if this Blu-ray is broken I'll be done with this company, and I hope other smart people follow suit, until Arrow either buck up their ideas or just fail, go bankrupt and turn to dust.
