I bought this stuff on a whim, and I regretted it when it arrived, as it had been damaged and I lost a third of it in the envelope, and the bottle was unusable. I contacted Pen n' Paper with this issue, and they sent me a courier delivered replacement. It was so quick, I didn't know that I'd had an email letting me know that this was their plan, I received the replacement first, and had to check my email in case they'd made a mistake! Fantastic sanitiser, faint clean smell, works very well, quick and easy to use, distributed by lovely friendly people! Will definatly buy again, and thanks to the replacement, so will my entire family (of thieving thieves!) it seems.
