This book focused on every aspect that a Youth Pastor/Leader would need. It gives you an in depth plan on how to lead this generation of young people. No longer does a Youth Pastor have to be an event coordinator, this book will give you principles on what you can do to lead a Youth Ministry into the 21st Century.

This is the best book on youth ministry I've ever read. I'm putting it in the hands of all my volunteer leaders, church elders, and student leaders. I was inspired, encouraged, and challenged. Way to go Doug!
