Was a bit sceptical about this little boiler but as I love a gadget thought I would try it, am I glad I did ,wish I would have bought one years ago. Very easy to use and perfect eggs every time, Instructions very user friendly. and great price too.

Amazon Verified Purchase
I saw this in my sister's kitchen and expected it to have been about £30! Then I saw my aunty had one too and it intruiged me! I have always "pooh poohed" these kind of gimicks - what's wrong with boiling a pan of water?! Well, my aunty told me it was really cheap ("about a tenner i think") so i started my search for one! A large electrical retailer sells them for £18.99! This one was great value!
I agree with the person who mentioned the packaging - mine too said egg bioler on the box!! It's simple to use, small to store in a cupboard or looks pretty trendy on the worktop. It boils the eggs really quickly and safely - i am a bit paranoid that the toddler will knock a pan of boiling water off of the hob so i daren't leave it!!
The buzzer is audible so you can hear when they are done. I'm was a little worried about piercing the hole in the top of the egg - but it was fine!! We now have a family who love "dippy eggs and soldiers" for lunch or sunday tea time! Perfect if you are a fan of egg mayo sandwiches or even eggs for salads. (or, dare i say it, to boil some eggs quickly for a game of egg roulette!!!)
Thoroughly recommend this product at a bargain price!

I got this as a replacement for my other eggboiler which had a plastic lid that had cracked.This is much better as it has a stainnless steel lid.
