The tea comes packed well. Air tight bags. Delivered by courier and you get a text with when and the time between when they are going to deliver. The service is actually the best I have had from an amazon company.

The tea itself is perfect. The tea has a brilliant aroma and the leaves seem to be well developed.

I have mixed mine with some other teas to make a blend and i couldn't have asked for more. This will be my go to place for my tea from now on.

I would say that storage is an issue though. If your going to buy this much tea for personal use, have a big tin or air tight box to put it in when mixed, I kinda forgot this and had to go it post hoc.

Over the years I have tried many loose leaf teas but this is simply the best. Always been a hard one to source as one by one the so called 'tea merchants' have stopped stocking it so hats off to Ringtons. If you like a malty traditional tea then this one wont dissapoint.

I have been using Rington's tea for very many years and it is still a top quality brew. It is just the same as my parents also used some sixty-odd years ago when it seemed to be the most popular tea in the North East of England and almost every household had their very large Rington's tea caddy!

I love it even more so now that it is available in bulk via Amazon and I use this Assam brew to start off the day. It is strong, malty and perfect, to just sip and consider what the day ahead might bring. I have two big mugs of this first thing, one after the other using my Stump teapot and by the time I'm finished the second mug I can face anything the day might care to throw at me.
Very highly recommended, but you will need a large storage container/caddy to hold it when it arrives. It is very well packed but should be reasonably carefully stored once the pack is opened. (I'm using a caddy from Ringtons of a couple of years ago which once held NAAFI teabags. This now holds about 3/4 of a kilo of loose tea and the rest is left in the pack with a large Klippit type fastener to keep it fresh. One I need to open the remaining bit of the pack, then I'll order some more.)
Highly recommended.

I am very fond of loose tea and I am constantly looking for a good quality tea leaves. Assam tea from Ringtons has a nice flavor however it is slightly to weak to my taste. I need to brew quite a lot of leaves to get the desired strength. It is however reasonable cheap therefore I regard this tea as a good value for money.
