Porcupine Tree is unquestionably one of the most difficult-to-categorize and innovative bands working today.

The band is fronted by Steven Wilson, who also is well-known for his work producing other artists, from Swedish progressive metal group Opeth, to Norwegian chanteuse Anja Garbarek. He also has several other projects, including No-Man, Bass Communion, and Blackfield.

Not bad, a shame that the label wanted it's release. 7 Jan 2000

Format:Audio CD

Stupid Dream doesn't contain any BAD songs, but this isn't really the best track from the album to be a single. It's an acoustic based song that really doesn't show the strengths of this superb band. Stranger By The Minute & Piano Lessons were much better as singles. The packaging looks cheap compared to the other two I've just mentioned. Over all not bad, it's a shame that the label wanted a third single when the album it came from didn't really have any left with REAL chart potential.
