I was holding my hope high on this porduct due to other reviews and testimonials on its website. But this cream does nothing to help my 5 month old son eczema! It actually leave his skin more flaky and the eczema patches more irritated, even the cream precribed the doctor works better.

Bought this cream after a friend mentioned seeing it featured on GMTV. A young boy with bad eczema used it and had great results. My baby's eczema really flared up and the doctor prescribed a steroid cream. I used the steroid for two days until Pure Baby arrived from Amazon. It's been fantastic. I use it morning and night on my baby and have had no more flare ups. I also use the shampoo and bath therapy. Can't believe the difference in my baby's skin. I occasionally get small patches of eczema and have used this too - works great. Highly recommended.
