Very good item at a good price, very strong and no problems with coming loose. Not sure why the other reviewer gave it a 1 star review...its incredibly well built but obviously will not spin due to the construction, if you have any common sense whatsoever you would look at the picture to see what this kit comes with and make you own judgement.

it may be my mistake, but the word "swivel" suggests that this allows the bag to erm... "swivel" !! . . well it doesn't. the bag cant turn at all so no idea what they meant.
