Haggis summons the demon Pumpkinhead to kill those responsible for the desecration. The only thing that can stop Pumpkinhead is an eccentric, small-town physician who is set on killing the locals who have unleashed the demon.

Pumpkinhead-Ashes to Ashes is a better than average horror sequel. Especially as this is number 4 in the series. The film fits in well with the original movie and features Lance Henriksen in a few scenes as a ghost figure. Doug Bradley(Pinhead from Hellraiser),is in the movie throughout as an evil doctor decieving the town. The Pumpkinhead monster itself is in the movie alot and looks quite good for a low budget film but isn't always effective, especially in some dodgy CGI moments. Worth seeing if you're horror fan but maybe not rewatching.

good for a sequel 4 Jun 2008

I liked this film having watched the original i had to rent the sequels, i have not watched pumpkinhead 2 but pumpkinhead 3 carries on years later with some of the original cast which was nice to see. The main savior of the film was doug bradley who plays the villan of the film it was nice to see him trying to kill the people who raised the demon. The bad points of the film was lance only had a small part to play and the so called good folk who raised the demon were very weak characters, also i think the demon had quite a few tea breaks rather then just keep attacking but for a sequel it was good

A right load of old rubbish. Enetrtains to a degree, but nothing else. Recommened when there is absolutely nothing on the television, sky or freeview, virgin media or the cinema....like maybe never!!!!
