This is a brilliant and easy to read book. I didn't realise that I was a victim of life or that I victimize those I love until I read this book. We spend our lives in fear of not being understood when really it doesn't matter. What does matter is taking control of our lives and not being a victim to everyone we meet including store clerks and stangers. It was a rivetting read and a total eye-opener for me. Now I do more of what I want and not what other people want me to do and I don't feel guilty. In fact I feel pleased with myself. I only wish I'd read this book sooner.

If you don't know what is wrong with yourself and why, but you feel you're loosing control over your life, this book is for you. The book tells you how to recognize, understand and dismiss tricks other people use to enslave you. Whoever is trying to manipulate you - is it your family, your boss, a doctor, a waiter in a restaurant - you can learn to be independent and self-confident.

I highly recommend this book "Pulling Your Own Strings" By Dr. Wayne Dyer, as it provides vital essential teachings on the fact that we literally have the power to make our own choices in life. A Great Personal Strength how to book. Great book on maximizing your confidence and self-esteem. A brilliant, beneficial, excellent self-help book of encouragement, and teaching you how to operate from strength and freedom. A self actualization book. A must read. Now among my favorites.
