One question I have asked myself is why has this book been brought to my attention earlier? I ordered this book after reading an article about it in a national tabloid newspaper and wanted to know more.
I read the book within days of getting it, written in a cheeky (and I suspect northern English) manner, it made me feel right at home straight away.
The author himself describes his rags to riches story and provides both helpful hints and anecdotes mixed in with jokes, to help the reader gain self esteem and sex appeal to start to gain more self esteem and sex appeal to eventually being able to 'seal the deal'.
One minor negative point that could have been improved is the fact that the author assumes that the reader has had some previous experience with relationships and doesn't really give any advice for after the first date. It could also have done with some imagery of some kind to liven it up a little, although the book doesn't claim to be a self help bible filled with diagrams.
I enjoyed this book more so than others I have read which have dealt with flirting and relationships in a dream like manner, I guess one reason why I liked this book is that it was written by a guy who has done everything he's written. If you like your things straight forward, pick this book.
I particularly enjoyed the first few chapters of the book on building self esteem and confidence.
I'd recommend it to my friends, but the book claims it will be so good I won't want to!
