Wow, I never realised how MUCH 400 sheets of paper is! This is 2.2cm thick!! Because of this, it's not ideal if you want a pad of paper to carry around. However, you can tear pages out, and this is useful.
It's a cardboard backing, so it bends; this gets a bit annoying if you're trying to write on your lap, or on an uneven surface. However, because it's so THICK it is still possible to write - it's just that the paper'll be curved.
The paper is good quality; you can write on both sides of the paper in biro, no problems about the pen showing through. However, I tried a permanent marker and, like most paper, that does show through. The paper is white (unlike some purple paper I've seen in poor quality pads!) and the lines are normal lines, with a standard red/pink margin line and four hole punches along the far left of the page.
All in all, this is a good pad of lined paper.

I have had no problems with this paper!
It is white, not blue/purple. Each line has a width of 0.8cm, so decide if this is conveniently spaced for you!
Ink doesn't show through, whether it be a biro or a fountain pen.
Great quality, and would happily purchase again!
Be prepared, however, for the first sheet to be removed with a frayed edge. All sheets after this should be removed cleanly - just be gentle, that's all!
Oh and don't forget that 400 pages = 200 sheets. ;)

Its not everyday i buy a 400 page A4 refill pad, but WOW it is a lot better quality and thinkness than id given it credit for!
All pages are lined, with a red margin line. The paper quality is amazing (better than my main writing pad, i may have to switch and start using this one more!)
All in all, an amazing standard writing/refill pad. Will most definitely be buying this many times in the future :)

Big Pad

Perfect for studying.
My partner and I are both University students and it is a great product as it has so many sheets of paper it lasts a long time. We will buy more when we have run out!!!
