I drink a couple of mouthfuls of aloe vera juice each morning (straight from the bottle usually as only I drink it in our household!), and it is great stuff. I really feel it gives me extra energy and bounce, and I definitely notice improvements to hair and skin texture and appearance. My dad takes it for heartburn as it has a soothing action on the stomach lining, and I've heard others take it for arthritis but have no personal experience of that. I believe it helps keep my immune system strong too. I've tried not taking it for a while and I definitely notice the difference, so go back onto it double quick!

This liquid has little taste and can be drunk on its own, all the aloe vera benefits with no nasties! If you suffer fom a sore tounge due to allergy or dry mouth hold a little of the juice on your tounge it reduces pain and inflammation. I buy the larger bottle and freeze half for use later. The dregs at end of bottle can be seived out and added to lotion. Highly recommend this product.

The taste its not the best, but u can drink pure, no problem1
And i hope its ll be helpfull for me, but defenetly didint
make any problem, rather then drink some stupid drinks!
