5.0 out of 5 stars Key text for students and professionals. 17 Nov 2011
Format:Paperback
This book is a great introduction to key theory and practice for PR strategy which allows you to understand in both theoretical and practical contexts.

I used this at undergrad to increase my understanding, I used in in my working life in the PR and marketing industry, and now I am doing my MSC and am using it to back up my practical understanding all over again!

All of the CIPR books are excellent, particularly Risk Issues and Crisis Management.
