I guess all the people having seen the consumer shows on TV believe they're being helped by such TV research items, maybe so. Once you've read this book though you'll not need such shows as Watchdog, etc. This book is the consumer's best friend, arm yourself with it and fight for your consumer rights. With a retail war going on you'll not go wrong with the help of this secret shoppers weapon.

I bought this liitle gem with an open mind but now I've got it I wouldn't be without it. n the first month it made me complain and win back over £30 in various compensations from differnt companies for faulty/poor quality goods.

I didn't buy this book from Amazon, I managed to argue a copy from Waterstone's and eventually after convincing them it existed I found I could have got it from Amazon! A book full of info that gave me the heart to complain about the things I wouldn't have done and did it get results, course it did. Will be buying some more as presents.
