Although I am not a native speaker, the level english is appropriate for me. The content is more intended to students I think but it suits anyone who wants to learn more about psychology at work.

This is a good general book. Useful to have if you're doing a course on the subject or if you're just interested. Covers a good range of topics but doesn't quite have the depth of some of the other texts.
