The Psychic Workshop INNER WORLDS DVD is crammed full of very good information, I thought at first it would be the usual airy fairy stuff, but the content is often very scientific and I found the whole dvd very useful for developing the sixth sense. Also has a very useful meditation section and a practical demonstration of mediumship. I've been searching for ages for a decent psychic development course, at last there is a dvd out there with some credibility! I highly recommend.

Informative BUT can't listen to it all in one go tends to get boring. But this is ONLY my view. Is worth buying if you want lots of info on this subject.
