This is a really good in depth and informative book on the many ways of psychic protection. The great thing about this book is that it gives you many different examples of the ways you can learn to protect yourself and your environment without it being too time consuming and complex. There is also a helpful chapter on different crystals, bach remedies and useful websites to help you gain further information. This is well written and easy to read without any complicated language being used which can sometimes baffle people not used to reading about metaphysics. All in all this is a great book and well worth having if you want to learn more about the unknown and unseen forces that so often affect our daily lives. This is also great for anyone opening up to their spiritual gifts or therapists of all kinds. I shall also be purchasing this for friends and family!

This is a brilliant book on basic psychic protection techniques. There are several meditations and visualisations to protect yourself from all different situations (including psychic attack) and a chapter on tie-cutting. There is also a useful section on crystals, flower remedies and aromatherapy oils. It explains the aura and the different subtle bodies and levels of being, ideal for someone beginning healing or other spiritual work and raising their vibrations for the first time.

As a trainie healer im very pleased I read this book! there is not enough emphasis put on the importance of grounding and protecting yourself when doing any kind of spiritual or healing work, weather this be for personal use or when interacting with another person. For example even if you just mediatate on a daily basis this still openes you up to the universe to a point where you could potentially put yourself in danger. I love all the exercises Judy has included in this book and have found them to be very successful, I never realised how important protection was and what a big difference it makes untill I tried it! hightly recommended.
