Phil Barker PhD RN FRCN was the UK's first Professor of Psychiatric Nursing Practice at the University of Newcastle, UK, and is presently Visiting Professor at Trinity College Dublin, Ireland, and a Director of Clan Unity, the International Mental Health Recovery Agency.
