Psychedelices is definitely her best work. One should never expect an artist to stagnate in a fixed style with the progression of a career. I applaud her efforts to collaborate with new song writers, lyricists and producers. The best point is that this is the direction that SHE wanted to take her music. This will be her most successful cd to date....

Although I'm usually not really into what's considered "commercial pop", I've always liked Alizée a lot. I still listen to her first two albums frequently. This third album is alas quite disappointing. Some songs (like the "hiphop"-track) are really annoying. There are some nice songs, but overall this album doesn't come near her earlier output.
If you think the album is bad; check out the DVD. It's 5 minutes of Alizée driving in a car. The voice-over is in french, no subtitles available. It left me completely speechless why people should want to include this content with the album.

If you liked all the previous Alizee CDs as I did, FORGET THIS ONE, In a complete change of style, this is the most boring, trashy CD I have ever listened to. I didn't like any of the tracks on the CD and the DVD was even worse, hip hop is totally unsuitable for Alizee's beautiful voice, and some tracks sound as if they were sung through a tin can. Too gimmicky by far and the music sounds as if it was composed by a six year old. Very very bad - Save your money - give this one a miss.
