I bought the psion from an electronics shop around a year ago and it is on of the best machines for the money you can buy. Its best features that rank it over the more expensive but unuseable PDA's are:
- It includes multi-tasking which allows you to go on more than one program at once.
- An internal memory of 256Kb. More than enough for my personal use or for a small businessman.
- QWERTY keyboard for ease of use.
- Load up your spreadsheet or word documents and add to them whilst on the move
- Create your own word and spreadsheet document
- Manages your time effectively!! - to do lists, calendar and reminders help keep your life organised
- Sound recording
- Can be connected to any computer to exchange files (RS232 serial link).
- Plug in to mains or use AA battery power
- Auto turn off to reduce power loss
- Can play chess and use the automatic Thesaurus

I feel the most useful feature is the Word and Spreadsheet compatibility - It allows you to work on important documents when away from the house/office. Also useful on holidays!

I would recommend that you at least take a look at this item.
