Printing via the PC is unaffected and the adapter automatically detects printer problems and holds data transmission to prevent data loss, then resumes later. This product is an excelent addition to the psion range there are many printers that it is compatble with i recomend this product to antone who needs to print without first conecting to a computer (If you were in a rush)Also this product is able to be pluged into any printer so it is verry good for taking to any place where you might be wanting to print. A definate thumbs up for psion.
