When you have been out and about all day with your 7, making appointments, taking notes and just generally doing what comes naturally to a mobile knowledge worker. The Docking Station is there for you when you get home, attached to your Desktop, or the the laptop that you could not be bothered to lug around all day. Place your 7 in the Docking Station and automatically the 7 is backed up to the PC, to safe guard your valuable information. Your Agenda updates Organiser, Notes or whatever your corporate IT department call an 'organiser' package. At the same time your 7 gets updated with the latest Emails, sends a few you wrote over a cup of coffee when you had that ten minutes between meetings and is recharged. You and your 7 are ready to go and all you did was put your 7 into the Docking Station.
