A good source for all those aches pains and problems that occur, especially to competitive cyclists. A knowledgeable source, with nutritional advice too, this book is great to have on the bookshelf to "dip into" from time to time.
The namedropping and promotion of the authors business is unnecessary and becomes irritating after a while.
I would nevertheless recommend it, as there is little in the way of definitive public medical texts for cyclists and this I would suggest is it. Some great training tips too.
Give it as a present to your doctor if he/she is lacking on the subject!
