This product does not work. VGA signals need to be down-shifted to 50Hz to work with composite output. This device does not do this. This was tried using several PC's and TV's, none of them worked. I am a Chartered Engineer with over 18 years experience of using computers, I was not using this product incorrectly, it just doesn't work.

This product is easy to setup and comes with all the leads you might need to get it working. Just connect to the monitor output on your computer and then connect the video out to you T.V. It uses a USB lead for the power supply so there is no need to plug in a powwer adaptor.
The problem with the unit is the picture quality, which is poor. I didn't expect it to be perfect, but there is a big difference in quality between connecting the VGA lead directly into the TV, or via this unit into the composite video input. The whole picture looks out of focus, and there is little adjustment on the unit to correct it.

Works really well. All I did was plug everything in and change channel on my 10 year old TV. My windows 7 net book done the rest and adjusted its own settings. I use it to watch films that I stream from Lovefilm.com. Picture quality is ok. Seems as good as on pc/netbbok but not as good as a DVD. I am very happy with it. It is what I expected. All cables are supplied with product. You need a USB port to plug the power cable in.
