Not dance music, but hey... 22 Aug. 2000
By A Customer - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Audio CD
My only prior experience with Test Dept. was "New World Order," which had neither metal percussion nor bagpipes. I was therefore slightly surprised by this CD, which has both. And not a lot else. Entirely live, with UK themes throughout, it's definitely acceptable. Ask yourself, "Do I know what Agincourt is? Do I know what language 'Wonja' is? Was Quebec ever under siege?" If you cannot answer these questions, you are a sad person. By this CD and listen to it 3 times. Afterwards, maybe you will begin to appreciate it. It ain't Neubauten (more like Nitzer Ebb), but metal is metal.
