I bought this ( and 2 others like it ) based on the reviews and although i have lots of these kind of CDs this is one of the worst. It does nothing for me. Its boring music and doesnt have that umph or that kick like some of the other ones. Sorry its a no no from me. I should actually send this and the other 2 back and ask for a refund.

If you only buy one CD for your treatment room, or healing room, then this has to be it! It is totally relaxing to listen to, and really helps you to unwind. The gentle music will help you drift off into a peaceful, calm place.
