I have had rosacea for a couple of years and have tried many products; some worked a bit, others didn't. I originally bought Prosacea in a drugstore in Canada last year,not really expecting much, but it has drastically reduced the frequency of my skin outbreaks. Even when it does flare up, the symptoms are a lot milder so I feel less self-conscious. Perhaps it won't work for everyone - everyone's skin is different after all - but it certainly has for me.Can't recommend it highly enough.
I have fairly mild rosacea, just very red cheeks, and unfortunately in my case Prosacea was totally ineffective after many weeks of use - the redness is in fact worse, and it made my cheeks very dry. Perhaps it works in more severe rosacea, but as it is purely a homeopathic remedy, I am doubtful.

Even with all the great reviews I was very skeptical. This is the first product I've ever tried for rosacea. After nearly 3 wks of using every night I see a difference. Actually I could see a difference after 5 days. The skin on my face is much smoother and the appearance is not as bumpy, blotchy looking. My cheeks are still red, but not as bad as it was. My starting use of this also coincided with the beginning of the hot season where I live, so I'm hoping that in cooler weather this product will be even more effective. Very happy!

I have had Rosacea for about 20 years, since I was 15, and I have tried many treatments both prescription and commercial to no avail. I finally stumbled upon this product and the product "Acnevir" on Amazon, and I wish I had found them both sooner! Both gels work really good; specifically about this product: the Prosacea Gel treats Rosacea very effectively, taking care of redness, acne and inflammation associated with the condition. I use it once a day, at night. No sensitivity, very effective treatment and inexpensive. The gel is odorless and goes on clear and soaks in very well, so if you want to follow up with a moisturizer you can. I just cleanse my face at night with a gentle cleanser and put this gel on overnight. Won't stain bed sheets or leave any residue, and does not have any strong sulfur odor or smell. A perfect solution to a very distressing and complicated skin disorder!

bought this great product at walgreen's on a Wed. Applied a thin layer on my cheeks which have noticeable red rash, blotchiness(not officially diagnosed w/rosacea) for the past year, by Thursday morning the right cheek was 99% cleared up, the left cheek showed a great improvement., seems like the skin is smoother, more "even" toned. There is a slight sulfur smell, but it's worth putting up with. This is great stuff. I am so happy it is working for me so far. At walgreen's , it is hard to locate. It's sort of hidden way off in the corner by the asperin, pills, etc. why dont they have it with the skin care products? hmmm. anyway, I found it, and I'm glad I did.
