The Propulse® NG Electronic Ear Irrigator is now supplied with the all new, patented Quick Release Handle and QrX® Single-Use Tips. The QrX® system locks the tip into place during use, making this the most operator- friendly Propulse® to date!
The operation of the Propulse® NG is controlled by the convenient footswitch, allowing the machine to be operated hands free. The flow of water can be stopped by fully depressing the water jet stop button - water flow resumes when it is released.

I had been suffering with ear wax problems for some time. Nothing seemed to work for me, so drastically I purchased this professional piece of equipment for private use. I had no intention of using it myself without professional assistance, and fortunately I had this. It turned out that it is very easy to use, and WOW! Did it do the biz! After just two treatments in succession, I couldn't believe how good it is! So good in fact that the ear I had treated which had been blocked for weeks, performed better than my so-called 'good ear', so I was able to do that one myself. For a professional that needs a good portable device for ear syringing, this is a marvelous device, and I found the battery facility useful as I was able to treat myself in the garden. I have to emphasise that this is a professional device, and any private non-professional buyer should get expert advice before use, but that's not a caveat, that's common sense! Great, Highly recommended! Great delivery service too! Ordered online on Monday night, arrived at my door in Wales, UK, by the following Wednesday at 2pm.

never use this product on anyone who cant sit very still, has an ear infection/pain, has had ear surgery in the past or who has a current or past ear drum perforation.....you could end up perforating their ear drum or introducing a nasty ear infection and consequently damage their hearing short or long term. This is best used by a trained professional. An excellent product in the right hands.
I have ear wax, or at least I did. My doctor sent me to the treatments room to have the wax removed with this very equipment. For five days previous I dropped olive oil into each ear. Using this equipment the wax was removed in under two mins. It has a very pleasant feeling and the results were superb!
