Having briefly read through the book I am sending it back. It is very basic and out of date. He could have focused on good solid strategies that are timeless. I have yet to see Simon talk, but I do look forward to it as I have heard and read a lot about him. Just thought the book was a bit thin, literally and figuratively.

I keep hearing how great Simon is. He might be, but this book hardly reveals anything about profiting from property, except, "Come on my course to find out".

Glad I got it through the library.

If you are considering investing in property and have a limited budget then this is a must read!!

I have to admit that I have yet to finish the book, However, I have met Simon Zutshi many times and have first hand experience of his methods. There are many people who now have growing property portfolios by following the simply and easy steps set out in this easy to read book.

Simon is someone who is very successful at property investing and speaks from personal experience. Property Magic is packed with advice, strategies and little known secrets.
