This is a quick and easy read and at the same time very informative. It has completely opened my mind to the real world of property investing . If you are not totally convinced that property investing is for you i have little doubt this book will inspire you to change your life for the better.

I read this book in a couple of hours and was touched by the ethical nature that Simon Zutshi did his business.
He also made it all sound so easy, so I thought I would give it a try. A year later I have a small portfolio worth over 3/4 million pounds and managed to gain an income of around 30k on top of what I make in my full time job. I recommend this book to anyone wishing to secure their future and does not have a lot of money to invest. (I didn't use any of my own cash!) Thank you Simon for helping me realise how simple it is to gain financial independance.

Great book, uncomplicated quick and easy to read.
The author shows his passion for property investing and explains a number of the techniques without losing you in over complicated technical jargon. If you are realitively new to property investing or thinking about getting started then I would really recommend that you get this book as it may create the "spark" that you need to take action and get your property investing career started or take your investing to the next level.
