4.0 out of 5 stars Academic type text on property investment 27 Nov 1999
Seemingly aimed at students this text mainly focusses on appraisal of property investments, including valuation methods. Quite mathematical in parts, which could be off-putting to some, although it does allow readers to check their understanding of valuation methods by trying examples. Many references will be useful to students or other academics. Some interesting data from 1970's to early 1990's, but rapidly becoming out of date. Not directly relevant to small / private investors, but at the relatively low price (20GBP or so)worth a look for expansion of background knowledge.
