Richard Reed (MRICS AAPI) is a chartered surveyor and Professor in Property and Real Estate at Deakin University, Australia. He is the editor of the International Journal of Housing Markets and Analysis and co-editor of the Australian and New Zealand Property Journal.
David Cadman is an urban land economist and writer. Chairman of Upstream, a sustainability consultancy, he is currently a Visiting Professor at a number of universities in England.
