Not your housewives hobby book for property development but an excellent book for the real commercial property developer and investor requiring an in-depth understanding in the use of financial models to assess development feasibility future profits. Good use of worked examples and various assessment scenarios.

This is is an excellent book that takes you right throght the development process and enabling the reader to formulate cash flow appraisals. Easy to follow examples anabled me to carry out my fina year development and appraisal project.
