Bracket arrived soon after ordering. It's a solid robust bracket and at the price, it's very good value.
The only slight issues are that the instructions seem to be wrong. I think perhaps they've changed the wall mounting bolts and not updated the instructions or something, but the instructions say use a 1/2" masonry bit to drill a hole at least 2.5" deep. For the plugs/bolts we were given, a 1/2" bit would be far too big - the bolts would be very loose. Also, the bolts were 3.5" long, so a 2.5" deep hole would not do the job.
The only other, very minor thing is that the tv can be level when the bracket is fully closed, but then not level when it's opened up. But it's a very small amount, so doesn't bother us.
Overall, this is a very good product for the price, but you want to check the plug/bolt sizes carefully first.

The service was excellent, the item arrived before expected.
The price was the best I could find, which was remarkably good value and the product is extremely well made and was easy to assemble. The rawlplugs provided were more than adequate, perhaps they have been changed since the first review.
I wanted a bracket that would swivel towards the two different areas of the room and it fulfils this requirement very well. It is for a 37" Panasonic, and it does stick out a bit, but this is as much to do with the depth of the TV as the bracket and I can't see how it could be much slimmer and still perform the tilt and swivel.
I was very satisfied with the service, price and performance.

really strong product for my 42" panasonic, recommend not using provided rawlplugs though if your using 1/2" or 12mm drill bit, they're too small, get some decent locking rawlplugs! Other than that it's an excellent buy!!

Good strong product
Good strong product. The plugs might need changing, but a pack of locking ones are only cheap, better safe than sorry.

tv wall bracket
good fast delivery. good sturdy bracket with an assortment of hardwear. incorrect drill size given in instructions, for wall plugs supplied. once rectified no problem.
