An ACTIVpen is a mouse in the shape of a pen: it has the equivalent of both a left and right-click and moves the cursor in a similar way. In order to move the cursor around point the ACTIVpen at the board. Hover the nib of the pen a couple of millimetres away from the surface. It is OK if the pen nib touches the board lightly this will have the same effect but it is better practice not to touch the board with the nib. Move the pen around the board and the cursor should follow. If your cursor is not following the pen or is not synchronised with it properly the board may need calibrating. The barrel button has the same function as a right mouse button. It can be used whilst holding the ACTIVpen close to the board (a couple of millimetres away).
