Project Management is useful is all walk of life. However outstanding and being able to present project management training is a skill that has to be taught and learned. This book maybe be a little expensive, but it provides in claer and easy to follow training modules what project management is, how to understand it and more importantly how to implement it.

If you want to know the basics of project management, or need to present project management principles to others, then you will not find a better book to help you than this.

This book is really good one to prepare especially for 1 day and 2 days project management training session. It contains slides and other docs. You can also easily create your own content.

Next to the ceritification programme this would be most ideal for non project managers 14 July 2014

This is certainly one of the best Project Management Training material available that is not designed for Project Managers specifically but for those who are involved in project management as part of their duties and responsibilities. The contents provide a general-level skills for the participants to enable them to at least understand and appreciate the tasks involved in managing projects and hence they would be able to communicate with project managers under their supervision. Those who want to specialise in Project Management should still go to authorised licenced certification providers.

I am developing/conducting my first Project Management Training class. This book provides course outlines for 1/2 day - 2 day class, including instructor notes. I will only need to modify a few slides for our company specific needs. This saved me a lot of time.

I highly recommend this book!
