This manuscript is an attempt to chronicle the observations and direct participation of one man to the events that led up to a psycho circus of U.S. government sponsored drug abuse, ritual child abuse, political assassinations and cult worship in America. Included is supporting information and documentation provided by Dave Silvey, the media, public agencies and other sources. The following manuscript provides a first hand account of the interrelationship of activities and characters involved in MK ULTRA (Manufacturing Killers Utilizing Lethal Tradecraft Requiring Assassinations), the assassination of Robert F. Kennedy and infamous Zodiac murders in California.
About the Author
David M. Silvey was born January 27, 1951 in Hayward, California. He served in Vietnam with the Screaming Eagles 101st Airborne Div. He was wounded in Ashau Valley and awarded the Purple Heart among other honor medals. A graduate of SJ State, Dave worked in security for Brinks, Wells Fargo and for many years as Charles Schwab's Supervisor for Corporate Security in SF. In his later years he dedicated his time to instructing First Aid and Safety & Rescue Techniques. He was an educated man and despite what he endured in his lifetime he was a very happy man who loved to laugh. A terrific father and known to be a very good friend who took time to listen to what people had to say. Sadly, Dave passed away Dec 1, 2009, before this book was published.

MKULTRA is an ongoing US government program run by the CIA, University of California, Stanford Univ., and the US nuclear weapons labs at Los Alamos and Livermore, with many other US and UK(Tavistock)institutions involved. The animal studies for MKULTRA mind control were conducted at UC Davis in the monkey colony. Edward Teller and VP Nelson Rockefeller were very involved, as well as former WW II OSS officers who later became CIA. The animal studies were adapted for human application in the Applied Sciences Facility at UC Davis and tested in the Safe House (an old farmhouse) on N. Livermore Rd. in Livermore. Dave Silvey and many other children were tortured, experimented on, and murdered for decades in the vineyards of Livermore under this project. The Sunol Zodiac Killers (Frank Boscarello - Navy assassin, and "Carter" - Army assassin) were involved in the Livermore Safe House where Sirhan Sirhan was seen 3 days before the Bobby Kennedy assassination. The MKULTRA mind control program at the Safe House was developed as the prototype for HAARP, a global WMD secretly conducted in partnership by the Soviet Union and Livermore lab under the cover of the Cold War and Missile Defense/Star Wars. Dave Silvey's story is just a part of a larger story about new weapons of war developed by the Jason scientists for the Pentagon - weaponisation of the global electromagnetic spectrum to control weather, tectonics, mind control, rogue waves, subsurface mineral exploration, and many other applications. This is an extremely important story, one that has never been told in such detail and with very solid documentation. This story exposes the secret activities of the US shadow government and their collaboration during the Cold War to co-develop HAARP, the global WMD now operational.

I found this book was extremely interesting. Its kind of like a Forest Gump book except this is all true.
