Tin, whoopie pies, functional success, result! 28 Aug 2011

Hart to write 20 words on this: I desired a tin for whoopie pies as a gift, I bought this tin, my friend made whoopie pies in it, they worked well! Easy to use, clean and generally operate. No good for foundation repair, political manoeuvrings or chicken-hatching.

I bought this at the same time as purchasing a whoopie pie cookery book and have been thrilled with both. I wanted the mini whoopie pie tin because I was making them for a party and wanted bit-size pieces. The quality of the tin is great; I expected a lighter weight for the price but was thrilled. My first attempt at whoopie pies went so well, that I haven't stopped making them since! The tin has not warped in the oven as so many cheaper versions would. Great product.
