The Super Sport's moulded design supports both front-to-back and side-to-side arches keeping these bones in their natural position, helpful in eliminating fatigue. The Poron insert at the bottom of the heel absorbs shock to this tender area.

Having developed Plantar Fascitis (sp?) again in my foot and knowing how long it took to mend last time (a year of pain) and having quite high arches in my feet I decided to try some support for my shoes.
I ordered two different types of support and these were one of them. They are very comfortable and have adapated to all my shoes and and more importantly I don't feel any pain in my feet anymore! (Have noticed I cannot walk around the house in bare feet or slippers anymore - I need a shoe with these supports in).
HIGHLY recommended! (As opposed to the other type of in-shoe support I ordere on the net - they were a Gel-type in shoe support which was a total waste of money and painful to use). Of course, different types of support might suit different types of feet.
Would order these again without any hesitation - the best thing I've ordered in years - no more pain and can walk again!

Got these because last year (for nearly a year) I suffered from plantar fasciitis and when it threatened to return this spring I couldn't bear the thought of all that discomfort. These supports slip into all my various boots and shoes and are so comfortable. I forgot them one day when I went for a walk and I really knew it. A life saver as far as I am concerned.

I bought these heel/arch supports for 2 reasons 1) I had plantar fasciitis in my right foot and wanted something to help with the pain and recovery and 2) the ones in town were more than double the price of these ones.
At first I wasn't sure they were helping my foot - they weren't making it any worse, but the pain seemed the same as always and the bit to support the arch seemed like it was digging in and was a little uncomfortable. However, a week to 10 days in and I don't notice them in my shoes any more, I've been able to wear shoes that are not Dr Martens for the first time in a month and I honestly believe they are giving my foot the support it needs while it heals.
I saw a chiropodist last week and showed the supports to her; she was quite impressed with the fact that they are not hard and rigid like some you can get, but were more flexible.
One reviewer complained about the fabric wearing away quickly. Looking at mine, yes perhaps the fabric is starting to come away at the edges a bit after just 10 days wear, but in all honesty I don't really care because I do believe they have helped my foot and they are, in my opinion, a value for money price. Definitely better than paying £32 for them in town!
In summary, if you buy these heel/arch supports, you will probably need a few days to get used to having them in your shoes, but do persevere with them because they have been of enormous benefit to me.
