I ordered this item and when I tried it on it does not provide the cushioning effect I was looking for. It is very thin and when I put it on it sticks on my socks. Try something else.
Was advised to get some of these after suffering heel pain, which i was told was a heel spur on one heel. Used these for several weeks, only on the problem heel & found the pain lessened greatly. Previously had pain when first getting up in the morning & during the day after resting. I have found these have certainly helped me & when these wear out will be buying some more!
There are so many products out there in the market to help relieve foot pain. And all pricey!
These Gel Max Heel Cushions are cheaper than most Ortho Inserts and , by and large, I have been very pleased with them. They have helped to cushion my heels and made walking a lot easier. They can get a bit sticky at times.
I would certainly recommend you try them if you don't want to pay a fortune.
