Just like the other reviewer, disappointed this has not been published to date. Deserves one star for sure for pure frustration of the unobtainable.

We've been promised this book for two years now. Will it ever be published, or is it merely vapourware? Come on, Amazon - push the publisher to be more specific.

What a delay?,

I was looking forward to this book, does not seem like he is ever going to publish it, in which case Amazon should just delete this product. Few months delay yeah, but years come on!, this is just not happening and never will :)
I read he got banned from Betfair, not sure why.
