Arrived on time and easy to assemble and mount. Would have been easier if the plate fixing to the TV could be seperated from the main arm and 'slotted home' after the main arm was fixed to wall. It can be difficult to support both TV and bracket whilst fixing to the wall.

Well finished does what it says on the box EXCEPT that the mechanism to maintain the screen vertical is inadequate for the task. Every few days we have to dig out the hex key and retightened the bolts that keep the thing upright. Fine if you are mechanically minded (and with strong wrists) otherwise opt for a bigger model. Despite their claims this is barely suitable for a 22" TV
