this rollng pin has a lovely weight i.e not too heavy or light and has a decent length. many rolling pins are too short to roll pastry easily but this is not the case with this one.

approximately 44cm in length, and 5cm in diameter, is a good weight and size for pastries and dough (i use it for pasta rolling).

i used the rolling pin for the first time today, it was lovely to use, my dough did not keep sticking to the rolling pin, so rolling out was quicker, a nice size too.

No shops had a rolling pin big enough for rolling out pastry but this one is super. Long enough and feels great. A real nice piece of kit. Very pleased
