For someone with experience from the financial sector aiming for the energy business, this book will give a basic introduction to the main differences. The book does not go into specific details about the physical flows of commodities, which basically constitutes the main differences from pure financial markets.

So - spend a couple of nights reading the book, and you are all set to go to an interview for a job in the dynamic world of energy commodities.
