About the Author

As a lecturer who delivers iseb Business Analysis courses I found this book very good. It gives clear concise information and reinforces the knowledge with many examples. An excellent read in preparation for both The Organisational Context certificate and the Diploma Oral examinations.

The book is packed with information and details of the current laws relating to the practice of information systems as a professional. But the reader will have to be careful not to read above the syllabus. It is also good for general reading even of you have 15years experience in IT.
