A really comprehensive read which covers everything over and above a level 2 qualification. The recipes are great and very easy to follow. The photographs are stunning too.

Having looked at other books in this sector, there isn't anything else that seems to touch this. If you are a student, professional chef or a foodie, this will be the best [] you will spend this year.
