Bought this because I did not want to kill the mice as I think they were field mice and not the vermin kind.
My wife saw three in the garden and freaked out, I ordered this on the Friday afternoon and it arrived Saturday morning.
Set it up Saturday night using some crushed peanuts (not salted) and by 8:00pm I had caught 2 and on the Sunday night got the third one.
Very easy to use and set up, could not fault it.

The Trip Trap Mousetraps have been very successful having caught more than one a day when we first set them, ( on one occasion we actually had 2 in one trap at the same time, don't know how they did it). However we haven't caught any mouses for a couple of weeks and there is no sign of any mouse activity in the house so I guess for the time being we've caught 'em all. But having Buddist tendencies I have transported the little critters to a barn about half a mile away from our house in the hope that it's too far for them to return, it's dry and quite cosy and I leave them with a load of food so I hope they have a nice time starting lots of families and living happily ever after without bothering us. However, if they do make it back here the Trip Traps are waiting ready baited with peanut butter coated biscuits for them to munch on while waiting to be transported back to their new home again. The farmer who owns the barn might not be quite so happy about the arrangement tho'.

If you love animals, even mice, this is brilliant. I have rescued mice brought in by our cat so they are not roaming the house and they are not hurt.

Patience required
So far caught 1 mouse, but there have also been 2 escapees. They like milky ways.
The door really is poor, a limp bit of lettuce might be more useful. I shall persevere.
