Our classic black enamelled Gourmet stockpot is constructed from 3.5mm lightweight aluminium which is renowned for its excellent even heat distribution properties. With our tough ProCook Ultra non-stick coating so food won't stick or burn (and washing up is a doddle) plus a self-basting domed glass lid to retain moisture and flavour whilst allowing you to view the contents. Generously sized at 24cm diameter (5.2 litre) it is perfect for making stocks soups or batch cooking and comes with heat-resistant silicone handles which stay cool on the hob so you won't get your fingers burned either! Suitable for all cookers except induction and safe for oven and dishwasher use.

I've been using this pot for 5 months now. It looks great when new, but now I have scretches on both inside anti-stick coating and outside paint, though I treat all my cookware with care. I do use this pot on daily basis, however. I believe good cookware should last for more than 5 months or even 1 year so for this reason - it's not the best product. But I guess it's perfect for occasional use for this price.
