A first rate kitchen pan well constructed and good quality material, non stick is non stick and great size for two or three people, great price I also purchased a wok stand. A1++++++++++++++

I on the whole like the paella pan but I am a bit disappointed as a bit of the carbon coating has scraped off! so much for carbon.
